Jay Valenta, Senior Associate

Jay Valenta started his real estate career at Morgan Stanley in portfolio management and asset management overseeing a portfolio of twenty-one multifamily, retail and office assets worth over $1.0 billion. From there, he joined the acquisitions group and played a key role through $541.1 million in successful real estate transactions including value-added hospitality, office development and land investments.

Jay is a licensed architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Jay managed architectural design and development projects for public and private clients from initial client contact through construction completion.

Jay Valenta received his B.Arch. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his M.S. in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
