Joshua Anderson, Partner
"Major capital transactions are invariably defining moments in the life of a business. At a personal level, I find it very rewarding to be able to help our clients capitalize on those rare opportunities and create substantial value for themselves, their associates, and their families in the process."
Josh Anderson joined Roseview as an Associate in 2001 after graduating with an MBA from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, and holds the honor of being Roseview's first employee. In January 2005 he became a Partner and opened Roseview's West Coast office in Seattle, WA.
Josh's focus is on real estate finance, and he has played a key role in raising more than $800 Million in capital (equity, mezzanine and senior debt) for Roseview's clients to invest in real estate development projects and acquisitions. Josh also served as lead Associate on a number of major Roseview engagements outside of real estate.
Josh is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Pacific Real Estate Institute. His prior experience includes three years in New York City government, ending as Senior Advisor to the Commissioner of Parks & Recreation, and two years as a Research Associate at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government. He earned his A.B. from Harvard.
