Stephen Corridan, Partner

Stephen Corridan has spent the past 20 years in real estate development. Prior to joining Roseview as a Partner in 2006 Mr. Corridan was a Partner at O'Neill Properties Group, where he was instrumental in establishing the company's reputation for excellence as a national leader in the world of Brownfield and Superfund redevelopments. Under his guidance millions of square feet of abandoned or blighted urban and suburban sites have been converted to fully occupied office buildings, large scale multi-family housing, retail stores, community centers, banks and parks.

While at O'Neill he established the Washington, D.C. market where he served as Managing Director and Partner responsible for all new business and project acquisitions, development, and dispositions in the Mid-Atlantic region. He also opened the New England Division and oversaw the acquisition, entitlement and development of over $1 Billion in development sites on the Rhode Island coastline anchored by the prestigious Carnegie Abbey Sporting Estate in Portsmouth, R.I. Other signature projects included the award winning redevelopment and disposition of the Watertown Arsenal and Acorn Park in Cambridge, MA.

Prior to joining O'Neill Properties Mr. Corridan was Executive Vice President of Huntmar Associates Ltd. where he was responsible for development and leasing of seven regional office developments in the Mid Atlantic area. He began his career as a Special Assistant to the Director of Management and Budget at the White House in Washington, D.C.

Mr. Corridan received a B.S. from Northeastern University. He serves currently on the Board of Governors of Newport Bank, the Board of Incorporators for the Newport Hospital/Lifespan and is actively involved with the Rhode Island Mentoring Foundation.
