Vincent J. Costantini, Managing Partner
"Roseview was founded on the belief that privately held and family led entrepreneurial businesses are different, and we have made our respective livings understanding, respecting and celebrating those differences."
Vince Costantini has spent almost his entire career on the principal side of the table, as a senior executive at a series of privately-held companies, and he brings to his work with Roseview’s clients a track record of leading successful strategic and organizational transformations tied to, and geared toward, capital markets execution. Among his career highlights:
- During his time as President of Boston Financial (1995-2000), a privately-held institutional investment advisor, assets under management more than doubled, to $8 Billion, and earnings grew more than fivefold.
- Following five years of rapid growth, Vince helped engineer the sale of Boston Financial in late 1999 to Lend Lease, the largest real estate institutional investment advisor in the world.
- At General Investment & Development (1985-1995), a family-owned private equity firm where he served first as CFO for the group and then focused his efforts as Chief Investment Officer for real estate investments, Vince led the repositioning of the company and supplemented the family’s capital by raising funds for the first time directly from pension funds and other institutional investors. He also played an important role in facilitating the transition from one generation of family leadership to the next.
Vince received a B.S. from St. Joseph’s University. He began his career as a CPA and later as a consultant with Price Waterhouse. He serves today on a number of business and non-profit boards, including the Board of Directors of CB Richard Ellis Realty Finance, for which he chairs the Audit Committee, Co-Chairman of the Board of privately held TAC Worldwide, Chairman of the Board of Kensington Investment Company and the Board of Overseers of Newton-Wellesley Hospital. He has also long been active in Catholic Charities, including as past Chair of the Boston Board of Directors.
