The Roseview Group’s Seattle office shares space with the law firm of Foster Pepper & Shefelman at 1111 Third Avenue, Seattle.

From the South:
Take I-5 North to Exit 165, Seneca Street. Head West (toward the water). At the intersection of Seneca Steet and Third Avenue, you will see the 1111 Third Avenue Building on your left and the Washington Mutual Tower on your right. Cross the intersection at Third Avenue and Seneca and take an immediate left to enter the parking garage. Park in any space on levels C-F. Take the garage elevator to the lobby and from the lobby take the second bank of elevators to the 34th floor. The receptionist will gladly help you from there.

From the North:
Take I-5 South to Exit 165B, Union Street. Head West (toward the water) on Union. At the intersection of Union and Third Avenue you will see Benaroya Hall. Take a left onto Third Avenue. Take a right onto Seneca Street. Take an immediate left to enter the parking garage. Park in any space on levels C-F. Take the garage elevator to the lobby and from the lobby take the second bank of elevators to the 34th floor. The receptionist will gladly help you from there.

From the East:
Take I-90 Westbound to the I-5 North exit (Exit 2C). From there, take the Madison Street exit. Proceed to the light at the intersection of Madison St. and turn left. Head West to 4th Ave. and turn right, staying in the far left lane until you come to the Seneca Street intersection. Turn left on Seneca and head West toward the water. At the intersection of Seneca Street and Third Avenue, you will see the 1111 Third Avenue Building on your left and the Washington Mutual Tower on your right. Cross the intersection at Third Avenue and Seneca and take an immediate left to enter the parking garage. Park in any space on levels C-F. Take the garage elevator to the lobby and from the lobby take the second bank of elevators to the 34th floor. The receptionist will gladly help you from there.
