Jay Valenta started his real estate career at Morgan Stanley in portfolio management and asset management overseeing a portfolio of 21 multi-family, retail and office assets worth over $1 billion. From there, he joined the acquisitions group and played a key role in completing $541 million in successful real estate transactions, including value-added hospitality, office development and land investments.

 

Mr. Valenta is a licensed architect in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.  Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, he managed architectural design and development projects for public and private clients from initial client contact through construction completion.

 

Mr. Valenta received a B.Arch. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
