Stephen Corridan has spent the past 24 years in real estate investment and development.  Prior to joining Roseview in 2006, he was a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at O'Neill Properties Group (“OPG”), one of the leading regional development companies in the Northeast U.S. based in Philadelphia.  As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Corridan was instrumental in establishing the company's reputation as a national leader in the redevelopment of Brownfield and Superfund sites.  He had direct responsibility for the acquisition, design, permitting, construction management, leasing and disposition of millions of square feet of abandoned or blighted urban and suburban buildings which have now been converted to fully-occupied office buildings, multi-family housing, retail and lifestyle centers and resort golf and yachting communities.

During his time at OPG, Mr. Corridan established the firm’s investment presence in the Washington, D.C. market, serving as Managing Director and Partner responsible for all new business and project acquisitions, development and dispositions in the mid Atlantic region.  He subsequently opened OPG’s New England Division and oversaw the acquisition, entitlement and development of over $1 billion in development properties in the Northeast Region.  Signature projects included the award-winning redevelopment and disposition of the Watertown Arsenal, (a 750,000 sf office park on a BRAC Superfund Cleanup site), Acorn Park in Cambridge, Massachusetts (a 432,000 sf office park and associated 299 unit apartment development), and Carnegie Abbey in Portsmouth, Rhode Island (a 450 acre luxury resort community with golf, equestrian, marina facilities and over $500 million in coastal homes including a 21 story condominium tower).

Prior to joining OPG, Mr. Corridan was Executive Vice President of Huntmar Associates Ltd. where he had direct oversight for the development and leasing of seven regional industrial and office parks in the mid Atlantic region.  Prior to Huntmar, he was a commercial real estate broker with Hunter & Associates, a regional firm in Washington, DC, where he specialized in large-scale commercial leasing transactions.

Mr. Corridan earned a B.S. from Northeastern University and began his career at the White House as Special Assistant to the Director of Management and Budget in Washington, D.C.  He serves currently on the Board of Governors of Newport Bank, the Board of Incorporators for the Newport Hospital/Lifespan and is actively involved with the Rhode Island Mentoring Foundation.
